I've had quite a few orders now from my very first prize win to making 5 orders to winning silver in the July draw. I didn't think the experience could get much better but each time it does the shrimp and snails are at the heart of the business shipping is fast, perfectly packed and lovely little touches that make each delivery personal. The newest delivery arrived with the shrimp in a lovely polystyrene box with plenty of packaging to keep them secure and safe and added foil to keep them warmer for longer during shipping. Out of all the deliveries I've had all shrimp have arrived alive and healthy with lovely plants for a safer journey compared to horrible plastic that traps the shrimp in. Exceptional company and will certinaly be making more orders to come as you receive the gold standard of service each time. Keep up the amazing work and certinaly deserve an award 😊

I received my order today 22/7/26 and wow they are all alive even babies inside and some snails. The packaging is exceptional and so so pretty as well. They are well wrapped and transported safely. I am so happy, thank you!

Just picked up my random catch order and I am thrilled with the selection of shrimp. This is my 2nd time ordering from h k aquatics, my first lot of shrimp are doing very well and I have babies in the tank already. The recent buy will be going in a 2nd tank.
I love the quality of the shrimp, the attention to detail and how nicely everything is presented and ofcourse the little thank you gift. Lovely customer service from start to finish. Im sure I will be buying some more shrimp soon 😁

My shrimps were securely packaged, an additional heat pad was given, instructions on how to acclimatise your new pets, and an informative note with fun facts about the shrimp you got.
